At FITTREND, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review the following Return and Refund Policy to understand your options.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The return request must be made within 7 DAYS of receiving the product
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Timeframe
Customers must initiate a return request within 7 DAYS from the date the product was delivered. Requests made after this timeframe may not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 15 BUSINESS DAYS.
Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, or if you need a replacement for the same item, you may request an exchange.
To request an exchange, please contact our support team at shipping@FITTREND.in with your order number and photos of the product (if applicable). Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 DAYS of delivery.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the request and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for returns, including:
- Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Personal care items or hygiene-related products (if applicable)
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
7. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs may be handled in one of the following ways:
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, FITTREND may cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Shipping fees paid during checkout may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error.
